We
are all waiting to get Google’s next Android update, dubbed as the Key
Lime Pie. But, as it turned out there are rumors that Google hasn’t done
with the Jelly Bean yet. So, we are expecting a 4.3 Jelly Bean update
from Android. Here, we have some rumored release date and news in this
blog.
First
of all, it would be safe to say that we can’t expect much from the next
update. We have seen it from its previous jump i.e. from Android 4.1 to
Android 4.2. So the next version is going to be more iterative instead
of a huge leap.
Even
if Google hasn’t officially revealed any 4.3 update release date, still
with the volume of rumors being running around, it would be safe to say
that we can really expect next Jelly Bean update.
Although
there is no word from Google for the release date, but it can be
assumed that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean would make its appearance in its
next annual I/O conference. Some expected it to be in the month of May
(Google’s previous I/O conference). However, a reporter claimed that he
was able to get hands on experience on a Nexus 4. Recent rumors suggested that the update can be expected during July/August of this year.
Expected Android 4.3 devices
Google
would probably go for its own-branded devices to get the first Android
4.3 update. So Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and Galaxy Nexus would be the
first update receivers. Android 4.3 has already been spotted on another
Nexus 4 at the Mobile Expo 2013 in Taiwan.
Android developers from Google have also found Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 spotted in the server logs running version 4.3.
Expected features
If
Android 4.3 update ever hits the market, we can’t actually hope for a
new operating system rather, we may expect some minor tweaks here and
there. Some recent rumors and leaks from the Taiwan Expo suggests that
we may get some serious for the camera app of Android 4.3.
If this update ever actually be released then it would bring newer possibilities in the Android Application Development venture. And
with the rumored camera app update, developers would be facilitated
with new features to develop apps for the device’s camera.
